Jade Helm 2026

Welcome to DV8 Airsoft's Premier Annual Event: Jade Helm 2026. There are several important things you need to be aware of.

SCHEDULE (IN TACSOP)

Friday, January 23 (Optional)

10:00 AM: Gates Open. Civis are welcome to Check-In, and set up businesses and residence

areas of the AO. No gameplay will occur until Saturday.

10:00 PM: Check-In Closes for the night. All players must leave the AO.

Camping in the parking lot is available overnight.

Saturday, January 24

7:00 AM: Gates Open, Check-In resumes.

9:00AM: Gates Close. ARRIVE BEFORE 9AM. 

Players may sleep on the field or return to the parking lot to camp overnight.

Sunday, January 25

~2:00PM: Event Raffle

At 9am on Saturday January 24th GATES CLOSE. You have a 12-hour window to arrive on Friday and a 2-hour window to arrive on Saturday morning. Hold yourself accountable for a late arrival, and understand that you will not enter the game after 9am on Saturday. There are over 160 players coming to this event. Respect each other by arriving early and being prepared.

CHECK IN

Right Now: Complete your DV8 Airsoft Waiver Online

Right Now: Read the Attached TACSOP. If you've already read it, read it again. Don't just look for the pictures after page 3, this isn't kindergarten.

Join the DV8 Discord and join your faction's planning group on the DV8 Discord

Purchase anything you need for the game. You need (2) Milsim West style airsoft Tourinets OR 2 Reusable Ace Bandages. If you do not have these at the event you'll be making a trip to Walmart or CVS.

Confirm you have everything you need for a 30-Hour continuous game. Milsim West Packing List Attached. 

Day Of: Have your gear and equipment ready before you arrive. When you get here, DO NOT BLOCK LITHIA PINECREST ROAD. It is ideal to make a Right Hand turn coming from the East.

Park, Check In, Chrono and head to your faction's staging area. Parking personnel will be there to assist you.

At check in you will need an ID with your registered name. You will need your Jade Helm ticket on your phone or printed out. Screenshot your ticket, do not count on cell service at the field. Receive a wristband. This is now your ticket to the event. If you do not have this wristband on, you do not belong at the event. All players caught without one will be escorted off the field and banned if this is found to be intentional. No tickets are for sale on site. You can purchase BB's Thunder B's, and get rentals, etc at the time of Check-In.

GAMEPLAY

You are entering a 30 hour continuous LARP/ Milsim Event. You will wear eye pro for 30 hours. There are no warm showers, cozy beds or fresh chicken tendies.

The TACSOP details Role Play, Searches, Detention and Currency. Your leadership will pass you objectives, scheduled events and payment for jobs well done.

YOU MUST BE PRESENT AT FORMATION OR YOU WILL NOT PLAY. The safety brief begins promptly after formation followed by a walk to the city to meet the UN Peacekeepers and be reintroduced into the city.

Leaving the property at any time will result in your wristband being removed and you will not be allowed back into the event without a refund.

I encourage you all to enjoy the role play and milsim aspects of this game in a way that will be challenging mentally and physically.
